I am very satisfied with the modern standard Arabic classes I took with Nosseir. He tailored them to my specific needs and interests, be it political, economic or cultural topics. In conversation classes, he got a conversation going that challenged me to learn and use new vocabulary, but without interrupting the conversation too much. In translation exercises, he provided excellent advice on translating standard expressions (e.g. in press releases) or complex sentences from English to Arabic or vice versa. What I really appreciate is his ability to find the right level of difficulty so that I learn a lot, but do not get overwhelmed.

His online set-up is excellent - fast internet, clear audio and video, a whiteboard for vocab. I have recommended him to many others at different levels and they have all enjoyed studying with him.

Although I did not have the opportunity to expand my Arabic skills beyond the absolute beginner stage, my lessons with Nosseir greatly improved my confidence while exploring Egypt.
